Sgt. Hall is seen in Thunder Hill. He is briefly seen supporting the player, after the second Anti-Air Gun is destroyed he says they need backup and is then killed. He has the goriest death in the entire Modern Combat series, losing both arms. Occasionally, but rarely, Hall will survive the explosion.
