Born in the aftermath of the Nigerian Civil War, Isaac Tukura's past is shady, as his family fled his birthplace when he was an infant. Starting out with the Nigerian Police Force, he left Nigeria during a period of political instability to pursue a career in international security.

Plot

Phoenix, Tukura, Alex Hawk and the other members of Roux's team attempt to clear the safe house terrace from Raiders, who are attempting to invade the safe house by zip lines from a neighboring building.
