Paragon Striker increases movement speed while aiming down the sights to that when sidestepping. This ables players to move at a decent speed and shoot accurately at the same time.

This perk is very worthwhile on Sniper Rifle classes or on the Charbtek-28, the latter being useful with this perk to ensure 2-hit kills without having to use the Charbtek's awful hipfire, and the former for sidestepping.
