OCTO is one of the two major factions in Modern Combat Versus. They operate from The Voids, which are "areas meant for eventual overhaul". Their primary enemy is KORP but cannot actively declare war for fear of civilian casualties. Because of this, they hire Agents of Chaos to do their bidding.
